Solution IT Inc. is looking for UKG / Kronos Functional Consultant for one of its clients in Remote / CST

Job Title: UKG / Kronos Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional activities for UKG/Kronos Workforce Management and Time & Attendance implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, Payroll, Operations, and Workforce Management stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and UKG/Kronos configuration solutions.
• Configure and support Time & Attendance, including timekeeping, pay rules, work rules, schedules, shifts, rounding rules, and attendance policies.
• Configure and support Workforce Management functionality, including employee scheduling, workforce optimization, labor management, and attendance management.
• Configure accrual policies, leave balances, holidays, overtime rules, meal/rest breaks, and other workforce policies as required.
• Support complex pay rules and time calculation rules based on organizational policies, union rules, labor regulations, and business requirements.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management and Time & Attendance implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of:
  • UKG / Kronos Workforce Management
  • UKG / Kronos Time & Attendance
  • Employee Timekeeping
  • Workforce Scheduling
  • Pay Rules / Work Rules
  • Overtime and Premium Rules
  • Shift and Schedule Management
  • Attendance Management
  • Accruals and Leave Management

Work Site: Remote / CST

Duration: 12+ Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
