About the Company:

As an Associate Director at Recruit CRM, I lead the demand generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the energy sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market to remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the company’s offerings.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate reports of sales activities and pipeline management.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:
