Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration Business Unit (BU) has an exciting career opportunity for a Systems Engineer - Level 3 , to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position supports the Threat and Advanced Simulations Development (TASD) program and will split time between the Northrop Grumman facility and Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), in Colorado Springs, CO.
This role requires candidates to be on-site daily with very limited remote/hybrid work available.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to support the TASD team. The successful candidate will assist in the software development life cycle through requirements derivation, process development and refinement, Model-Based Systems Engineering model development, and contractual documentation. Collaborating with senior engineers, you will contribute to data-driven analysis and systems engineering workflows that ensure our simulation tools accurately represent current and future threat environments. Primary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
