We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Online Chat Representative to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Remote Online Chat Representative is responsible for providing real-time customer support through live chat, messaging platforms, and other digital communication channels. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service-related issues, providing product information, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong multitasking skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and online messaging platforms.
• Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company#39;s CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Educate customers about company products, services, promotions, and available solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Meet established response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate#39;s or bachelor#39;s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in online chat support, customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM or live chat software is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in telecommunications or technology support is an advantage but not required.
