The Project Manager is the face of that experience — from contract signing to final walkthrough. You own the schedule, the margin, the client relationship, and the outcome. All of it. You report directly to ownership.

Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client-facing representative of PDP from contract signing through final walkthrough — professional and polished at every touchpoint
Own full project production — schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
Operate JobTread at full depth and actively improve our processes to raise efficiency and client experience
Build and maintain KPI tracking systems that give ownership real-time visibility into project performance
Communicate proactively with clients at every phase — they never have to ask for an update
Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and eliminate administrative drag
Close every project completely — punch list done, documentation closed, 5-star review earned
