• Experience: 5 years minimum in Pain Medicine
  

• Provide comprehensive pain management services in outpatient clinic and hospital setting.
  
• Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal injections including cervical thoracic and lumbar epidural steroid injections.
  
• Perform medial branch blocks radiofrequency ablations and facet joint injections.
  
• Conduct ultrasound-guided injections and procedures.
  
• Manage patient caseload of approximately 15 patients per day including follow-up and treatment planning.
