Job Description

Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Event Setup Assistant to prepare event spaces, arrange promotional displays, and ensure materials are ready before activities begin. The ideal candidate is organized, follows instructions carefully, and enjoys helping a team deliver well-prepared events. Responsibilities * Arrange tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional materials according to event plans. * Prepare event supplies and verify that necessary materials are available. * Assist with transporting and organizing equipment and supplies within safe handling requirements. * Support event coordinators with setup schedules and preparation checklists. * Replenish promotional materials and report shortages when needed. * Help maintain clean and organized work areas throughout events. * Assist with packing equipment and dismantling displays after activities conclude. * Identify missing or damaged items and report them to the appropriate team member. * Follow event instructions and workplace safety procedures.
