Job Description

Danaher seeks a Workday Learning Administrator to manage the learning catalog, campaigns, enrollments, and compliance reporting within Workday Learning. The role reports to the Senior Director of HR Technology and operates remotely, executing annual training cycles and maintaining learning platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain learning catalog including courses, programs, learning paths, and supporting business processes
• Execute annual training campaigns with scheduling, auto-enrollment, attestations, surveys, and completion reporting
• Manage enrollments, waitlists, exceptions, and completions; automate repeatable manual administrative tasks
• Run learning reporting and monitor completion rates to support audit readiness and SOX compliance
• Govern learning security permissions and administer business processes; escalate complex changes to HRIT team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of LMS administration experience
• Hands-on Workday Learning expertise including campaigns, audiences, certifications, and security
• Workday Learning Fundamentals certification; proficiency with reporting, EIB loads, and SCORM
• Working knowledge of complex eligibility rules, learning business processes, and SOX compliance
• Systems-first approach with self-service bias; ServiceNow HRSD experience preferred
• Experience with EIB loads, Workday reporting, and compliance-evidence documentation

Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
