Candidate Pay Rate: $53

About the Role

• The Salesforce Administrator will provide interim coverage for a critical digital product and lead management ecosystem, partnering with business stakeholders, dealer partners, vendors, and development teams.
• This role involves day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, incident management, and ensuring continuity of lead flow and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Salesforce platform administration and troubleshooting
• Production incident management and resolution
• Monitor and troubleshoot lead flows, integrations, APIs, Salesforce Flows and automation
• Use Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools for bulk updates, data validation, cleansing, reporting and operational support
• Manage and prioritize defects, incidents and enhancements through Jira
• Coordinate with development teams and drive issues through resolution
• Perform UAT and validate production releases
• Support dealer onboarding, territory/ZIP code updates and Salesforce integrations
• Work directly with dealer partners, media vendors and third‑party technology partners to troubleshoot issues
• Provide clear communication and escalation of business‑critical production issues
• Independently investigate issues and work hands‑on within Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce administration/operations experience
• Production incident management experience
• Proficiency with Data Loader or similar ETL tools
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation
• API/integration troubleshooting skills
• Experience using Jira for defect and incident tracking
• UAT and release validation experience
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve Salesforce issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting lead‑generation or lead‑routing environments
• Experience with dealer onboarding and territory/ZIP code updates
• Familiarity with media vendor and third‑party technology integrations
