In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Champion a safe, inclusive work environment for yourself and others.
- Assign tasks to team members and adjust work distribution as needed.
- Support team members in following company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
- Work with your team to maximize productivity and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy.
- Complete assigned responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and leadership.
- Provide end‑of-shift recaps and participate in daily hand‑off meetings.
- Perform other duties as required to support operational success.

For This Role, You Will Need: - Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and comfort with basic math.
- A self motivated approach and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to hold team members accountable in a fair and supportive way.
- Successful completion of Emerson's training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: - Prior experience coordinating team workflow or leading small groups.
- Familiarity with distribution center processes, safety practices, or productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt work assignments quickly to meet shifting priorities.
