This is more than an operations role—it's an opportunity to become a key leader responsible for improving systems, driving accountability, implementing technology, and helping our team deliver an outstanding client experience.

You'll work directly with the Team Leader to streamline operations, improve business performance, and create scalable systems that support continued growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and take pride in making businesses run better, we want to meet you.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Wauconda, Illinois, offering a $60,000 base salary plus performance bonuses with total compensation typically ranging from $75,000–$90,000 annually.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and improve the day-to-day operations of a growing real estate team by creating efficient systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution.

  • Oversee team technology, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and operational workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and accountability initiatives that help agents and staff perform at their highest level.

  • Analyze business metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, marketing initiatives, client events, and other operational projects that contribute to the success of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, business management, or a leadership role with increasing responsibility.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets, reporting, and technology platforms; ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities independently.

  • Demonstrated success improving processes, leading projects, and implementing systems that increase efficiency and accountability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

  • A proactive, ownership-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is passionate about helping build a high-performing organization.
