This is a hands-on technical and functional role focused on driving full platform adoption and operational efficiency.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation: Optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle within Paycom, eliminating manual workarounds outside the system.

Tailor Operations: Design and build complex time-card profiles, shift differentials, and scheduling rules tailored to the client's operational policies.

Advanced Analytics: Create custom HR and payroll reports, custom fields, and executive dashboards to improve data-driven decision-making.

Develop Materials: Create simplified, client-specific training guides and documentation for different user tiers.

Lead Training: Conduct live, hands-on training sessions for system administrators, managers, and general staff to ensure high platform adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Paycom Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and managing the Paycom platform.

Implementation Background: Proven track record of taking companies from basic usage to full module utilization.

Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of payroll tax laws, GL mapping, time/attendance logic, and complex reporting structures.

Communication Skills: Excellent instructional skills with the ability to explain complex technical workflows to non-technical employees.

Autonomy: Ability to manage project timelines independently and interface directly with corporate stakeholders.
