• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area (Master’s preferred)
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/State License) preferred
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or coordinator role
• Deep knowledge of international curricula (Cambridge, IB, AP) and assessment practices
• Proven track record in improving student outcomes and leading curriculum change
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

Lead a subject department (English, Humanities, Arts, PE, Sciences, or STEM). You’ll oversee teaching quality, curriculum, staff development, and student outcomes in a high-performing international school. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental teaching staff
• Oversee curriculum design and review aligned with IGCSE/A-Level/IB/AP frameworks
• Manage departmental budgets and resources
• Coordinate assessment strategies and analyse student data
• Foster cross-curricular collaboration and whole-school initiatives
• Support recruitment and retention of high-quality teachers
