In this role you will:

• Bring experience in life insurance claims with the ability to apply sound judgement to complex assessment and case management decisions.


• Coach and develop others, helping build capability, confidence and technical expertise across the claims team.


• Apply strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards to support fair, compliant and customer-focused outcomes.


• Communicate with clarity and influence, building trusted relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance claims quality, consistency and efficiency.


• Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and deliver better outcomes for customers.
