Maintenance Mechanic

$33 – $38/hour
1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Adjust machinery to ensureoptimalperformance
Record downtime andidentifycauses
Replace and repair machine parts as needed
Set up equipment on production lines according to specifications
Respond quickly to maintenance issues to support production schedules
Participate in maintenance and machine training sessions
Assistwith continuous improvement initiatives
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Qualifications:
1–2 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
Experience using manual and pneumatic hand tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability tolift upto 25lbsand reach above shoulder level
Good organizational and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant certifications are a plus
