We're looking for motivated installers who take pride in quality workmanship and want the opportunity to control their workload and earning potential. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, working independently, and providing outstanding customer service, this could be the right fit for you.

You Will Be Trusted To:

• Install and service residential garage doors and openers
• Diagnose and resolve garage door issues on-site
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Continue learning new products, technology, and installation techniques

You Qualify With:

• 1–3 years of experience in installation, construction, maintenance, or a related trade
• Ability to work independently while managing your daily schedule
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math, mechanical aptitude, and computer skills

Additional Success:

• 1–2 years of experience installing or servicing garage doors
• Experience completing complex installations or repairs independently
• OSHA safety training or similar certifications
• Comfortable using service management software, mobile apps, and power tools
