Position Summary The Fitness Coach plays a critical role in delivering exceptional training experiences, building strong member relationships, and confidently guiding members into the right fitness solutions for their goals. This is a performance-driven role that combines coaching, accountability, and sales. Success in this position requires the ability to create trust, establish value, and help members commit to the programs that will produce real results. We are looking for high energy, relationship driven coaches who are passionate about helping people succeed, thrive in accountability, and are confident selling training and coaching services at a high level.
