Job Description We are seeking a Executive Assistant I to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive support, complex calendar management, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and enable executive productivity. Responsibilities: Provide executive support to three VPs (Creative, Marketing, Media Planning), including complex calendar management across internal teams, senior leadership, agencies, partners, and external stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, agendas, rooms, video conferences, and prepare materials, decks, documents, and talking points. Arrange and manage travel logistics, itineraries, expense reports, and last-minute changes for 2-3 executives. Support PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, including data management tasks. Facilitate logistics for campaigns, launches, tentpoles, key art, shoots, presentations, and other marketing initiatives across Creative, Media Planning, Programming, Publicity, Social, Production, and agencies. Maintain organized folders, decks, contact lists, and project documentation. Protect executive focus time and business priorities, resolving conflicts proactively. Serve as a professional point of contact. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Follow through on action items and communicate updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in entertainment, media, advertising, marketing, creative, or similar fast-paced environments. Exceptional organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple executives and competing priorities with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills and sound judgment with confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and common project-management or collaboration tools. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure and in changing environments. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with entertainment or media industry operations and pace.
