Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with assigned customer accounts

• Help clients get the most value from products or services

• Conduct regular check-ins and account follow-ups

• Maintain accurate account notes and activity in CRM systems

• Coordinate customer needs with internal departments

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention

• Support onboarding and account transition activities

• Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable using CRM and office software

• Able to manage multiple customer accounts

• Professional and dependable

• Previous customer success, account management, sales, or client-facing experience is preferred
