Pay Range: $91 /hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for leaders across the organization.
• Provide proactive and reactive messaging to support key initiatives organizational changes and program rollouts.
• Write and develop messaging on a range of topics including organizational strategy product launches and company milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal HR Operations etc.) to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
• Manage internal forums and events (e.g. All Hands Q&As) including narrative development and executive messaging.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in product communications.
• Background in public relations journalism branding or campaigns.
• Experience supporting globally distributed and hybrid workforces.
• 6 years of communications experience including 2 years in internal communications.
• Bachelors degree in communications public relations journalism or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience counseling and influencing senior executives.
