Scope of Project
Expert Business Analyst who will work with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes. This role will define To-Be requirements and processes to support the design and development of new applications in alignment with the agency's technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
Lead JAD sessions for As-Is and To-Be business processes and use cases.
Interview stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications.
Work across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.
Required Skills
84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control.
60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.
24 Months Experience with SalesForce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
12 months Jira application and/or SCRUM experience.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
