What does an ADS DSP do at CRSI?
Assist, support, train and supervise individuals in either a work environment or a day service program environment. Services may be delivered within a structural setting and/or out in the community based upon consumer desires and programming opportunities. DSP's are expected to assist individuals to learn new skills and work towards maintaining existing skills as well as assisting the individual to choose and engage in activities of the day.
